Docon® Seal M is a mobile tube sealing device for the safe sealing of PVC tubes during blood donation.
The device enables controlled, automatically regulated sealing of the blood collection tube directly at the donor. The combination of ergonomic design, defined sealing parameters and lithium-ion technology supports reproducible and safe workflows.

Automatically regulated sealing
Sealing time is automatically adjusted depending on tube diameter and wall thickness (2–5 seconds). This enables reproducible sealing quality across different tube types.

What is a tube sealing device
and how does it work?
A tube sealing device (tube sealer) is a medical device for the thermal sealing of PVC tubes in blood transfusion.
Through controlled heat application, the tube is sealed and separated without interrupting the sterile circuit. Mobile sealing with Docon® Seal M enables direct application at the donor and supports closed process workflows.
