Hubs
MÖLLER develops and manufactures custom insert-molded or glued plastic components featuring Luer, Luer lock, or other connector types. Components are produced either according to customer-specific designs or in close cooperation with MÖLLER’s experienced engineering team.
For standard Luer hubs, a 100% in-line check of pull-out force can be performed to ensure quality and reliability.
All components provide secure fluid connections, biocompatibility, and an ergonomic design, ensuring compatibility across different systems.

Custom tubing assemblies are designed and assembled by MÖLLER, offering complete tubing sets (e.g. for fluid delivery or medical systems), with in-house molding, over-moulding, and material flexibility that ensures precision and system compatibility. Finished tube sets can be supplied bulk non-sterile or single sterile packed, with customer or MÖLLER Medical CE-mark.
