We provide full support across the development cycle, including regulatory responsibilities, certification processes, and acting as Legal Manufacturer when required. With expertise in mechanics, hardware, software, testing, and biolab services, we ensure safe, efficient, and fast market entry.
Furthermore, as an ISO 13485-certified company, we are familiar with the global requirements and regulations of the MDR, FDA, ANVISA, etc. As a service, we also offer certification of the products we develop in accordance with the current standards for medical devices (IEC 60601 series), laboratory equipment (IEC 61010 series) and related standards.

Idea phase
In the idea phase, the customer defines their requirements and coordinates them with us. The result is a requirement specification, which is the basis for further development.
Concept phase
During the concept phase, the functional specifications are drawn up based on the requirements specifications. Here, the concepts are detailed and initial functional prototypes are created.
Prototype phase
During the prototype phase, the concepts are finalised and put down on paper. A design freeze takes place, on the basis of which prototypes are built and verified.
Zero series phase
The zero series phase is when the first series products are manufactured. Provided that the customer's regulatory requirements allow it, the first products that can already be delivered to the end customer are now manufactured. This phase serves to review and further optimise the manufacturing process.
In principle, projects can be started at any phase. However, experience shows that early exchange enables the most efficient project execution, as it allows us to contribute our expertise to the development from the outset and avoid unexpected complications later on.
